Return Policy



  • You may return or receive credit for any NEW unwashed, unused product in resellable condition and in original packaging (if applicable) within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund (less shipping). Baby carriers MUST have original tags attached. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We suggest retaining your shipping tracking number as well as purchasing shipping insurance. If a product arrives damaged (i.e. teething necklace not wrapped in appropriate packing that has broken beads) we will be unable to fulfill the return request. 

  • Seconds / Clearance - such as the 'Steals' or 'Fall Close Out' Category / Gently Used Items are NOT eligible for return.  Products that are sold under a brand wide sale are eligible for returns - example, 10% off Planet Wise items WOULD be eligible for return.

  • All products purchased from our Gently Used Section are final sale and cannot be returned

  • Limited Edition prints or releases that are returned are subject to a restock fee of 15%.

  • If an entire order is returned, the promotional/free gift earned on that order must be returned in new condition or the retail value of the promotional item with be deducted from the return amount.

  • Please complete our Return/Exchange Form.  This completed form MUST accompany all returns/exchanges.

  • If free shipping was applied to the original order, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the purchase price.  Free shipping applies to items kept - we do this as we do not mark up our products to offer free shipping on your initial order and do not charge a restocking fee.  In order for us to continue to offer free shipping, if a product is returned we deduct our original shipping costs. 

  • If you decide to do an exchange or receive store credit we will not retain any shipping costs!!
    For example, if you purchase a $10.00 diaper cover and you receive free shipping (the actual postage cost was $1.30).  You return the diaper cover for a refund.  You will receive $8.70 via the way you paid ($10.00-$1.30 the free shipping cost).  HOWEVER, if you would either exchange the diaper cover or request store credit the full $10.00 would be applied to your exchange or given in store credit.

  • Usually returns are handled within a couple of days of us receiving them but please do allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

    • We stand behind our products and are confident that you will be happy with our products.

    • Breastpumps (except Hygeia), Breast pump Accessories, Bottles, and Bottle Accessories cannot be returned for the health and safety of our customers. Personal hygiene products such as reusable feminine products or creams, lotions, or soaps cannot be returned once opened.
    • Baby Carriers must have original tags attached.

    MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

    • Manufacturer defects are errors with a product that happened during manufacturing. 

    • Most manufacturers require their defective items be handled directly through them.  Please contact us and we will give you the manufacturer's contact information.
