The Tula Baby Carrier is easy to use for both a front or back carry. The wide seat is designed to support a natural M position of baby's leg and hips. High quality Duraflex buckles and YKK Snaps are used. Each carrier also has a pocket on the hip belt for added storage and has 3 sections that contours around the waist. The shoulder straps extend to allow for wearers of all sizes to share the same carrier - it also makes breastfeeding easy!

The included hood supports your baby's head while sleeping, protects it from the sun and wind, and allows for comfortable breastfeeding. The shoulder straps and child's leg area has added padding for extra comfort.

The Tula Baby Carrier is made of high quality 100% cotton with Oko-Tex Standard 100 certificate. They comply with the European Safety Norm EN 13209- 2:2006.

The Tula Baby Carrier is available in 2 sizes.
  • Standard size fits babies from 15-45 pounds. Newborns can use it with the Tula Infant Insert. The panel is 15.5" tall & 14.5" wide.
  • Toddler size fits children from about 18 months to 4+ years. The panel is 18" tall & 19" wide.

You can wear your baby on the front or back with the Tula Baby or Toddler Carrier. When using the carrier with a baby less than 15 pounds, be sure to use an infant insert. The back carry is recommended for children over 12 months old. Wearing a heavier child on your back is usually more comfortable for the wearer. If your child is very small, you can put the hip belt higher, all the way on your waist. Doing this will provide a better "over the shoulder" view for you child.

1. Secure the waist belt by fastening the buckle.
Tighten the waist belt by pulling on the adjustable
strap. The carrier's panel should be centered to your body. 		2. Hold your child so that he can wrap his legs around your waist.3. Use one hand to support the child while the other
to lift panel up over the child's back.		4. While supporting the child with one arm, slip the other arm under the strap.

5.  Then slip the other arm under the other strap.ÂÂ
Make sure your child's bottom is deep in the panel just above the waist belt.
6.  Buckle the chest belt behind your shoulders to
secure your child in the carrier.		7. Adjust the carrier so that your child is comfortable and
close to your body by pulling on the adjustable straps for a snug fit.		8.  Enjoy :)

1. Secure the waist belt by fastening the buckle. Tighten the waist belt by pulling on the adjustable strap. The carrier's panel should be centered to the back of your body. Slip the strap over one arm.
2. Place your child on your hip. Use the arm that is free from the strap to rotate your child from the hip position into the carrier. (Please have someone assist you until you are comfortable to perform this step on your own.)3. While your child is rotated from the hip position into the carrier, use your other arm to secure the child. Slightly lean forward so that your child is resting their weight on your back.4. Pull the panel up with your free arm and slip your arm through the other strap like you are wearing a back pack.

5.  Make sure your child's bottom is deep in the carrier just above the waist belt.6.  Happy Babywearing :)

LOVE!!
I had been using a cheapo Mei Tai for my son. We both liked it until he got heavier and it started hurting my shoulders. I quit carrying for awhile and then convinced my husband to let me get a Tula because my son wants to be held anytime I am doing anything other than sitting in the same room as him lol. I was afraid my son wouldn't like being in a carrier since he hadn't been in one much for several months but he loves it. The second I strap it on he starts whining and crawling to me to get in it. It's so comfy for me and he is happy in both a front and back carry with it. Wish we had gotten one sooner!! (Fri my DS is 10 months)

IN LOVE.
I just recently purchased this on Nicki's Diapers. I was a little leery at first, considering it is a bit pricey. But I couldn't find it anywhere else for cheaper, and I also got a few blanket with it as well. It arrived WAY faster than what the tracking said, so I was really surprised when it arrived in my mailbox so fast. It is extremely well made. The fabric is a canvas material, which will be nice if my children decide to dirty it up. (I have a petite 3 year old with a baby on the way.) I like that it can fit all sizes, so that I can wear it or my husband can, with just a few minor adjustments. The shoulder area is padded extremely nicely, I haven't worn it for long periods of time, but I don't think I'll be complaining about my shoulders hurting one bit. There's also a small pouch, which will be nice for me to put simple things (my phone, a credit card, etc.) The hood that it comes with is canvas material as well. It gets pinned up on the shoulder pieces and then snaps into the main part of the Tula. It will be perfect for breastfeeding when the little on gets here. All in all, I think it's really nice quality, and my (petite) 3 year old fits in it still, which is semi-nice, so we can get used to it before the new baby. And if it works out as well as I think it will, I will most likely be purchasing the toddler one as well.

Fantastic
Love the toddler Tula for my daughter. She is 3 and 25lbs. She loves it and especially loves to sleep in it. I feel no weight in the shoulders. Shipping was fast and price was great! Wearing her on my back is easiest because I am a petite woman. Love this Item and would recommend!

Tula Standard Carrier
Our youngest son wants to be carried when we go out. I had been using other SSC but he recently turned 1 and weighing 20 lbs. , he had outgrown them. I wanted a carrier that would be comfortable for him to sit in for long outings/errands. It also needed to be comfortable for me and easy to put on by myself. The Tula has definitely been a great solution. I can quickly buckle it on/off and baby is at a great height with optimal leg positioning, making it comfortable for him. I am very pleased with this purchase.
